It's just around the corner...
Happy hump day everyone! Two more days to go! Here at Rouvalis Flowers the weekend isn't the only thing we're looking forward to, we've got Valentine's Day coming right up and we are sooooo excited! I thought I'd share here one of my absolute favorite pieces from the Rouvalis repertoire. It's called "Lavish Roses, and its a modern take on the classic red roses. In my opinion, it takes a sort of traditional flower arrangement and really knocks it out of the park.
We start by arranging 50 large red roses in the hand-tied style. This can be very difficult. Especially if you haven't de-thorned the roses! The rose variety we've used here is called "Heart". It has an absolutely irresistible ruffled petal and color.
Here we've placed it in a sleek and modern black glass vase. This style of arranging is known as Pavé-floral or "head to head".
