Rouvalis Flowers & Gardens, a premier Boston-based company with 40 years of expertise in urban garden design and installation, is seeking a Lead Container Garden Designer to join our team.

If you have a passion for plants, an eye for design, and experience in container gardening, this is a great opportunity to showcase your creativity. From window boxes to rooftop gardens, you’ll help transform urban spaces into lush, seasonal displays throughout Boston.

Key Responsibilities:

🌿 Design and install container gardens, including roof decks, courtyards, window boxes, and sidewalk planters
🌱 Plant and maintain annuals, perennials, shrubs, and small trees
🚚 Load and unload materials for installations
🛠️ Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure plant health and longevity

Job Requirements:

✔️ Experience in landscaping/horticulture (2+ years preferred)
✔️ Strong pruning and planting skills (training available if needed)
✔️ Ability to drive a truck/van and climb ladders
✔️ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
✔️ Fluent in English
✔️ Valid driver’s license (5+ years)
✔️ Must be energetic, motivated, and reliable
